Job summary

Prospect Airport Services is hiring for baggage handling roles at our Charlotte operation. You will assist passengers with baggage pick-up, loading, and help resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items. You will set up conveyances, ensure proper tagging, and coordinate with TSA to forward bags.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with baggage pick-up, loading, unloading, and resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items.
• Set up conveyances to sort and distribute incoming bags.
• Scan and ensure correct tagging and loading of each bag.
• Forward and receive bags to and from TSA.
• Take care of safety scanners and other equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Complete work safely and securely according to standards.
• Report safety incidents and potential hazards promptly.
