Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Cruise/Port Agent in Seattle to ensure smooth baggage handling and timely deliveries between port and airport locations. The role focuses on strong customer service, safety, and adherence to schedules in a dynamic travel environment.

You will load and unload luggage, perform vehicle checks, and communicate with dispatch to meet daily delivery targets. Candidates should be able to lift up to 75 pounds and pass required screenings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
• Available to work Friday through Tuesday morning.
• Must be able to clear a background and drug screen.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in various outside weather conditions (Hot, cold, rain, etc.)
• Able to obtain an airport, port, and TWIC badge.

Responsibilities

• Sorting, tagging, and loading luggage into cages
• Sealing cages and loading into truck
• Performing daily vehicle inspections
• Driving delivery box truck safely and lawfully on highways and local streets
• Operating radio to communicate with dispatcher and supervisors
• Unloading cages off truck
• Unloading luggage from cages
