Job summary

SP+ Corporation in Orlando seeks a Cruise/Port Agent to support luggage handling between port and airport locations. This role requires customer service strengths, reliability, and the ability to meet strict delivery schedules in a fast-paced travel environment.

You will sort and load luggage, seal cages, perform daily vehicle inspections, drive box trucks, and communicate with dispatchers. Candidates should be at least 18, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to pass background and drug

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Available to work Friday through Tuesday morning.
• Background and drug screen clearance.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to obtain airport, port, and TWIC badge.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, and load luggage into cages.
• Seal cages and load into truck.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Drive delivery box truck safely on highways and local streets.
• Operate radio to communicate with dispatcher and supervisors.
• Unload cages off truck and unload luggage.
• Maintain safety and security procedures in outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

A Cruise/Port Agent will travel between The Port and the Airport locations. This position requires strongcustomer service skills as well as meeting a strict delivery schedule.

• Sorting, tagging, and loading luggage into cages
• Sealing cages and loading into truck
• Performing daily vehicle inspections
• Driving delivery box truck safely and lawfully on highways and local streets
• Operating radio to communicate with dispatcher and supervisors
• Unloading cages off truck
• Unloading luggage from cages

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Have a valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Available to work Friday through Tuesday morning
• Must be able to clear a background and drug screen
• Must be able to lift up to up to 70 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Experience in customer service preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Able to work in various outside weather conditions (Hot, cold, rain, etc.)
• Complete all required training including airport compliance
• Able to obtain an airport, port, and TWIK badge

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers and to communicate with customers and fellow employees. The employee is frequently required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stand; walk. The employee is also frequently required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. In addition, the employee is required to of twist, turn, stretch, and bend on a frequent basis. The employee must be able to lift and move up to 75 pounds regularly. The employee must be able to move in a relatively quick manner. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Peripheral vision and Ability to adjust focus.

Salary Range: $15.00 per hour
