Job summary

SP+ in the United States is seeking a Baggage Handler to assist guests with their baggage, tag and sort luggage, and support operations at airports. The role involves moving luggage between vans/trucks, ensuring proper tagging, and delivering high levels of customer service in a busy environment.

The position requires shift work including nights, early mornings, weekends, and completion of airport compliance training. Minimum age is 18 with eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Lift up to 75 lbs.
• Pass a criminal background screening.
• Pass a drug screening.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Transfer checked luggage in and out of cargo vans/trucks.
• Assist with verifying that luggage is properly tagged and secured.
• Ensure highest level of customer service when providing baggage handling services.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisor or facility manager.
