Job summary

SP+ in Kenner, LA is seeking an Airport Baggage Handler to support baggage operations at our airport partners. You will pick up luggage, bring it to the distribution center, and sort it for delivery.

This is a physically demanding role requiring the ability to obtain airport badges, pass a background check and drug screen, and demonstrate reliable time management. A professional image and strong communication are essential. SP+ offers comprehensive benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to clear a background and drug screen
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Experience in customer service preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Complete all required training including airport compliance
• Able to obtain an airport badge
