Job summary

Oshkosh AeroTech is actively seeking a Machine Repair Technician 2 to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair baggage conveyor and control systems on an active airport ramp environment.

You will work with 120/220/480 VAC, interpret wiring diagrams, and input maintenance data into CMMS. A High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required, with 3–5 years in related maintenance and willingness to work 1st–3rd shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience with 120, 220 and 480 AC volts.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 3-5 years' related experience in equipment maintenance and maintenance operations.
• Airport experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintain baggage conveyor and controls systems.
• Provide data for input into the CMMS system.
• Perform emergency, unscheduled and scheduled maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Drive and operate golf carts, forklifts and other equipment.
• Read manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.
