Job summary

ABM Industries in Irving, TX seeks an Aviation Badging Coordinator to manage the airport credentialing workflow in compliance with TSA, FAA, and local regulations. This role supports all badge lifecycle steps from applications to access changes and serves as the liaison between employees, leadership, and airport security offices.

The position emphasizes accurate documentation, proactive communication, and strong customer service to ensure timely clearance and strict regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in SIDA or AOA environments preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer the entire airport badging process, including new applications, renewals, reprints, terminations, and access modifications.
• Ensure badges are issued only after all regulatory requirements are met.
• Conduct badge accountability audits, track expiration dates, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with internal and external security audits conducted by the Airport Authority or TSA.
• Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding badge applications, appointments, training requirements, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate badge pickups, replacements, PIN resets, and access updates.
