Pay: $13.27/hr

Responsibilities

How will you make an impact?

• Guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft at the airport on the taxiway to ensure safety and punctuality when entering or leaving gates.
• Load, unload, and sort passenger baggage as a baggage handler, and transfer items on the ramp, cargo/freight, and company materials, some weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Drive ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts to support aircraft operations and baggage handling.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and on-time departures.
• May clean aircraft interiors and service lavatories.
• Create a positive passenger experience by greeting passengers and providing seamless check-in and ticketing.
• Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and handle fees.
• Inform passengers about their trips and belongings, and process passenger information accurately for flight departures.
• Assist passengers with issues related to flight interruptions in a friendly and timely manner.
• May work in the Baggage Service Office to track baggage locations and address passenger inquiries.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 18
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver’s license or passport (some restrictions may apply)
• Ability to work rotating shifts including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and days off
• Flexibility to work additional hours on short notice when necessary
• Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags/items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
• Enjoy working under deadlines and in physically demanding outdoor environments
• Excellent communication skills: clear, polite, and friendly manner
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
