PAY RATE: $16.50/hr!

Responsibilities

How will you make an impact?

Responsibilities include:

  • Guiding and directing incoming and outgoing aircraft at the airport on the taxiway to ensure safe and timely gate entry and exit.
  • Loading, unloading, and sorting passenger baggage, cargo, freight, and company materials on the ramp, with some items weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Driving ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts to assist with aircraft push-in/out, baggage loading, and delivery.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure safe and on-time departures.
  • Cleaning aircraft interiors and servicing lavatories as needed.
  • Creating a positive passenger experience by greeting travelers and ensuring a seamless check-in and ticketing process.
  • Using reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and handle fees.
  • Communicating effectively with passengers about their trips and belongings.
  • Ensuring accurate processing of passenger information and timely flight departures.
  • Resolving passenger issues related to flight interruptions in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Tracking baggage and handling passenger inquiries in the Baggage Service Office, if applicable.
Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

Requirements include:

  • Minimum age of 18
  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant driver’s license (some restrictions may apply)
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and days off
  • Flexibility to work additional hours on short notice
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Enjoy working under deadlines and in a physical outdoor environment
  • Clear, polite, and friendly communication skills
  • Fluent reading, writing, speaking, and understanding of English
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
