Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Help timely operations and incident resolution to ensure on-time performance.
• Prevent delays and mitigate cancellations through problem resolution or escalation to station management.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for internal and external partners.
• Prepare and audit flight departure paperwork and record flight office information.
• Coordinate irregular operations and long tarmac delays; assist in reporting.
• Arrange passenger safety, ground transportation, and related services during abnormal operations.
• Coordinate passenger and baggage handling; plan gate and remote parking.
• Support flight meal boarding requirements and updating flight information in systems.
• Provide guidance to aircraft and ensure station operation guidelines are followed.
• Learn and apply Station Operations strategies; obtain Jet Bridge qualification.
• Collaborate with NOC, airport authority, and multiple systems (IOM, FID, MS Teams).
• Perform other customer support duties as assigned to meet station needs.
