Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking an instructor to lead the Envoy Initial Ramp Training and teach all aircraft ground handling functions, including dispatch with Lektro Tug units.

You will orient and train new hires, ensure safety policy adherence, and complete daily logs in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while working across locations and weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Able to train and guide employees with clear instruction and feedback.
• Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Envoy Initial Ramp Training with hands-on instruction.
• Instruct all aircraft ground handling functions, including dispatch with Lektro Tug units.
• Ensure strict adherence to EGOM rules, regulations, and safety policies.
• Orient and train new hires, complete daily logs and monitoring forms.
• Collaborate in a team environment to meet competing deadlines.
