Job summary

ACL Digital is seeking an experienced Radio Communications Engineer in Atlanta to support voice and data networks, RF systems, and airline communications. The role emphasizes installation, troubleshooting, and proactive maintenance of radio infrastructure across travel-intensive environments.

The candidate should hold an IT-related degree or certification with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in RF/airline communications and project management, and be prepared for on-site responsibilities

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or industry certification in an applicable IT field, plus four years of platform design/administration/support experience; or a Bachelor’s degree plus two years of experience; or five years equivalent experience.
Ideal candidate will know multiple systems (operating/integration/architecture) and programming languages/methodologies.
Thorough understanding of server and desktop-based technology; prior airline experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

Provide technical operational support for voice, data network, and/or radio systems.
Document, track, and update service tickets, inventory, and equipment.
Design, install, and document radio communications infrastructure and oversee installation.
Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure system stability; troubleshoot issues.
Coordinate with internal/external owners or providers; provide 7x24 on-call support as needed.
