Atlantic City International is seeking a customer‑focused clerical professional for the RDU contract. You will interact with travelers, process tickets, check baggage, and guide seating while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; prior training and a background check are required. Readiness to perform ramp and ancillary duties as needed.

Qualificações

• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience or related training.
• Ability to read/write English and type at least 25 wpm.

Responsabilidades

• Provide total customer service to travelers desiring ticketing or charter service.
• Process tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on limits, and assign seats.
• Ensure FAA, airline, and airport regulations are followed; assist with safety.
• Perform ramp, aircraft cleaning, operations, and commissary duties as needed.
• Read/write English and work varied hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
