The Airline Passenger Assistant, also known as the Wheelchair Agent, fulfills airline passenger service obligations for passengers who require or request wheelchair assistance. Passenger services positions are very customer service-oriented, and tipping is allowed and customary. Wheelchair Agents providing exceptional customer service can increase their earnings by $25–$100 per week.
