Sodexo's Airline Lounge Segment has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager to join the elite team of professionals operating the Virgin Airlines 1st Class Clubhouse at Dulles International Airport in Dulles, VA. We seek a talented individual committed to creating and delivering a culinary-driven, upscale experience within a thoughtfully designed travel oasis. The ideal candidate will have eclectic menu knowledge and upscale to fine-dining experience, with a strong background in high-volume catering and event execution. This is a hands-on Chef role requiring previous experience managing upscale food production, preferably from Hotels or Restaurants.

Minimum Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience: 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience: 1 year in food or culinary services, including restaurants, fast food, catering, institutional services, or food courts.
