Role Overview
Sodexo Live!'s Airport Lounge Segment has an exciting opportunity for a Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) in Boston, MA. Our airport lounges are known for comfort and elegance, providing an oasis away from the airport hustle. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the food and beverage program, including food prep, cooks, bartenders, and food attendants. Responsibilities include managing lounge operations, culinary standards, ordering, inventory, staff training, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in culinary training, service monitoring, and ensuring compliance with Sodexo and airline standards. Oversight includes both bar and back of house operations. We seek individuals with strong communication skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum Management Experience: 2 years.
Functional Experience: At least 1 year in food or culinary services, including restaurants, catering, vending, or institutional food services.
