Job summary

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or cook certification preferred.
• 1 year+ cooking in high-volume institutional catering preferred.
• Experience maintaining temperature logs for food items.

Responsibilities

• Assembles equipment according to airline specifications and diagrams.
• Packages and prepares alcoholic beverages for airline flights.
• Keeps production areas clean and sanitary; documents inventories as required.
• Follows directions; works as a member of a team.
• Supports leadership in monitoring production quality and efficiency.
• Additional duties may be assigned by management.
