Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide total customer service, including ticket processing and baggage handling.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, airline, and airport regulations.
• Assist customers with special needs and handle denied boarding situations.
• Load and unload baggage and marshal in aircraft.
