CRJ Aviation LLC is hiring Customer Service Agents (CSA) at Asheville Regional Airport in Fletcher, NC. This part-time, in-person role focuses on delivering friendly, efficient service to travelers and supporting check-in, boarding, and gate operations.

Join a fast-paced aviation team to help passengers navigate delays, provide clear information, and resolve concerns with professionalism. Requires 18+, HS diploma, background check, and ability to lift 50–100 lbs; hourly pay is $20.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a post-offer background check (fingerprinting and criminal history).
• Pass a post-offer drug test.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work a rotating schedule (afternoons/evenings/weekends/split shifts).

Responsibilities

Customer Service Agent Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist with ticketing and check-in at the counter
• Board and deplane passengers at the gate
• Make clear announcements and communicate during delays or irregular operations
• Resolve passenger concerns professionally and efficiently
• Ensure passengers feel informed, supported, and welcomed throughout their travel experience

Successful CSAs remain calm under pressure and consistently deliver positive passenger experiences—even during challenging situations.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Be authorized to work in the United States
