Job summary

GCG is seeking a Customer Compliance Officer to ensure airline-specific standards are met across the organization. You will oversee customer-related compliance, validate audit responses, and escalate deviations that affect trust, audits, or contracts.

Responsibilities include leading audit readiness, CAPA governance, field validations, and monitoring compliance KPIs. This role requires travel and collaboration with cross-functional teams to sustain contractual compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of airline catering operations, HACCP, ISO 22000, and aviation safety regulations.
• HACCP/ISO 22000 FSMS certifications preferred.
• Strong communication with vendors, regulators and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer compliance readiness and validation across stations.
• Govern corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) from audits and requirements.
• Perform on-site validations to ensure proper application of airline requirements.
