Job summary

LSG Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Airline Catering Quality Assurance Clerk to maintain the Global Quality System and ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, HACCP, and customer requirements for the CSC and related operations.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish abilities, GMP/HACCP experience, and the ability to work in a cold environment. You will monitor records, run environmental checks, train staff, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with GMP, HACCP and food safety principles.
• Comfortable in cold environments (<40°F) and fast-paced settings.
• Strong math, analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records and KPIs for Quality Department and GQS.
• Monitor GMPs daily for compliance.
• Verify temperature of coolers and freezers.
• Perform environmental swabs and microbiological sampling.
• Assist Quality Manager with training and process improvements.
• Conduct workstation inspections for HACCP compliance.
• Verify HACCP logs and other daily documents.
• Create charts, trending reports, training materials.
• Support Jump-off locations with oversight.
• Train hourly employees as needed.
