Air Fayre in Gardena, CA is seeking an Operations Administrator to support in-flight catering operations, entering data, monitoring inventory, and coordinating tasks with departments.

The role requires 2+ years in food manufacturing (preferably airline catering), proficient Excel/Word/Outlook/Internet skills, and flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays. Benefits include bonus, 401K, health coverage, disability and life insurance, paid vacation.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in the food manufacturing industry, preferably airline catering.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet.

Mansioni

• Collects and inputs daily production data into reports.
• Creates and modifies data recording forms for production, sanitation, maintenance, and shipping.
• Provides information regarding inventory and waste to senior management.
• Coordinates paperwork regarding electronic receiving (e.g., UAL meters).
• Enters purchase orders into computer system.
• Produce and distribute customer diagrams & meal counts to relevant departments.
• Ensure that the flow of paperwork is consistent and completed within deadlines.
• Communicate all updates and changes to department and other departments as required.
• Collate payroll for operations (overtime), annual leave and sickness data and report to line manager.
• To ensure company procedures are followed to proactively prevent accidents and hazards.
