Job summary

gategroup is seeking motivated individuals to support airline catering operations in Seattle, WA. A Customer Service Representative loads galley equipment onto trucks, drives to aircraft, and unloads at the aircraft while following safety guidelines and customer instructions.

Successful candidates will maintain on-time performance, communicate with supervisors, and work as part of a truck crew in a fast-paced environment. The role requires flexibility for various shifts and weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 21+ years of age.
• Valid WA driver’s license; some locations may require customs seal.

Responsibilities

• Loads galley equipment onto the truck.
• Drives the truck to the aircraft.
• Unloads galley equipment from the truck.
• Adheres to customer guidelines and safety regulations.
• Interacts with airline representatives at the aircraft.
• Communicates with supervisors and dispatchers via radio.
• Performs Truck Pre-Trip inspections as required.
• Follows directions and works as a team member.
