Job summary

Pilot Assessments is seeking a Captain to lead flight operations with ultimate accountability for safety and on-time performance. You will command aircraft, verify airworthiness, and use resources to deliver exceptional results while championing a culture of safety and teamwork.

The role requires extensive flight hours with PIC and jet time, US work authorization, and excellent English communication skills. Base locations include Miami and other U.S. cities as assigned.

Qualifications

• FAA airman certificate meeting FAR 121.436 PIC requirements.
• FAA First Class Medical and FCC Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
• Minimum 4,000 hours total time; 1,000 hours PIC; 1,000 hours jet time.
• Authorized to work in the United States; valid passport; able to travel unrestricted to and from the U.S.
• Excellent oral and written English skills.

Responsibilities

• Command the aircraft, ensuring the safety of passengers and crew and the efficient, on-time operation of every flight.
• Verify airworthiness and performance, accounting for weather, NOTAMs, flight regulations, and ATC procedures.
• Employ all tools, checklists, and decision-support aids to maximize safety in the air and on the ground.
• Model a one-crew, 'we before me' culture - promoting teamwork, humility, and respectful communication.
• Demonstrate safety ownership in actions, decisions, and behaviors to ensure successful flight outcomes.
