Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience with Airfreight operations and documentation.
• 1+ years leadership experience preferred.
• DG / Hazmat / TSA regulation working experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee air freight movement and documentation accuracy.
• Manage profitability and continuous improvement for air freight.
• Prepare and provide rate quotations to customers and overseas offices.
• Lead vendors to ensure high service levels and handle inquiries.
• Ensure accuracy of invoices, bills of lading, and KPIs.
• Assist in annual budget preparation for area of responsibility.
• Supervise staff, hire, coach, train, and develop team.
• Maintain employee records and annual performance reviews.
