Job summary

Peak Performance Recruitment is seeking a Product Line Manager - Airframes to lead Boeing/Airbus airframe product lines from our Boca Raton, FL or Glendale, AZ operations. You will oversee pricing, inventory planning, purchasing, and repairs while supporting global sales teams.

The role requires aviation PLM experience, 2+ years in the field, and strong analytical and Excel skills. Travel up to 10% and a fully on-site schedule complete the profile.

Qualifications

• Aviation product line experience in commercial aircraft parts or aftermarket is required or strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of direct product line experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Boeing 737 and/or Airbus A320 components is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of pricing, inventory management and commercial margins.
• Experience with forecasting and material valuation is beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills and MS Excel proficiency are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Boeing/Airbus airframe product lines and associated inventory.
• Evaluate aircraft surplus packages and components; provide valuation input and recommendations.
• Develop pricing strategies based on market demand, activity, inventory turns and profitability.
• Support global sales with material positioning and pricing recommendations.
• Manage inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment and purchasing decisions.
• Review repair opportunities and determine the commercially effective approach.
• Support disassembly/teardown activity when required.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels and forecast demand.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Technical, Repairs, suppliers and internal teams.
