Job summary

Peak Performance Recruitment seeks a Product Line Manager - Airframes to lead Boeing/Airbus airframe product lines from its Glendale, AZ or Boca Raton, FL base. The role blends asset evaluation, pricing, inventory planning, purchasing and repair decisions, while supporting global sales teams with material positioning.

The ideal candidate has aviation product line experience, at least 2 years in a PL role, and strong analytical skills with Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation product line management, preferably in commercial aircraft parts or aviation aftermarket.
• Minimum 2+ years in product line roles within aviation aftermarket.
• Familiarity with Boeing 737 and/or Airbus A320 components.
• Understanding of pricing, inventory management and commercial margins.
• Experience with forecasting and material valuation would be beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Boeing and/or Airbus airframe product lines and associated component inventory.
• Evaluate aircraft, surplus packages and components, providing valuation input and acquisition recommendations.
• Develop pricing strategies based on market demand, competitive availability, sales activity, inventory turns and profitability.
• Support global sales teams with material positioning, pricing recommendations and customer opportunities.
• Manage inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment and purchasing decisions.
• Review repair opportunities and determine the most commercially effective approach for material.
• Support aircraft disassembly and teardown activity where required.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, margins and forecast demand.
• Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Technical, Repairs, suppliers, repair stations and other internal stakeholders.
