Job summary

Duncan Aviation is seeking an Airframe Paint Specialist to reseal and perform paint touch-ups on aircraft surfaces in a safe, clean environment. The role includes preparing documentation and providing on-the-job training for colleagues.

Positions require high school education and relevant mechanical or aviation paint experience, with opportunities for career advancement across levels I–III. Relocation and benefit programs are available to qualifying candidates.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year previous mechanical or auto-body work experience required.
• Minimum of three years aircraft paint experience required for level III.

Responsibilities

• Reseals panels and surfaces on aircraft using manufacturer’s sealant and Duncan Aviation procedures.
• Performs paint touch-up work according to approved procedures.
• Prepares documents for record keeping per policy and FAA regulations.
