Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• Current valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Minimum one year experience in general maintenance.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses/certifications.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with facility/infrastructure codes.
• Ability to read and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair across trades including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
• Replace receptacles, wiring, switches, fixtures, filters, and perform minor structural repairs.
• Maintain daily work order log with inspections, materials used and hours worked.
• Interface with customers and collect feedback.
• Operate company vehicles per policy and safety rules.
• Follow OSHA and environmental regulations; wear PPE as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of shop and work areas; safeguard tools and equipment.
• Accept additional shifts as needed.
