Job summary

BB&E Consulting Engineers and Professionals is seeking a Supply and Logistics Support Specialist for our Pavement Evaluation Team on-site at Tyndall AFB, FL. You will provide technical and logistic support to AFCEC/COAP, managing equipment, vehicles, and materials for multiple teams.

Responsibilities include scheduling shipments, maintaining inventory, hazardous materials handling, report file management, and creating visual aids for evaluations and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of supply and logistical support for site work, evaluations or construction OR pavement evaluation, design or construction.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics and Supply Management, Civil/Geotechnical/Engineering fields related to transportation.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage Airfield Pavement Evaluation teams' vehicles, equipment, and supplies across multiple teams.
• Schedule and transport vehicles, coordinate shipping certifications, and track inventory.
• Provide hazardous material and waste management support for the team and facilities.
• Maintain file management for Pavement Evaluation Reports and post reports to the network drive.
• Coordinate with Web manager to resolve access issues and support customers.
• Develop and produce visual media for reports and training, including charts and PowerPoint slides.
• Provide logistical support for up to 30–50 equipment items annually and site visits.
