Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Modeling & Simulation Specialist to join our team onsite in Arlington, VA. This is a full-time, onsite contractor position supporting SAF/SA and using the AD-ARM model to assist force projection analytic tasks for senior Air Force decision makers.

You will rapidly master AD-ARM, input data, run simulations, analyze outputs, and present insights in written documents and verbal briefings. Strong scripting, 5+ years M&S experience, and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MS&A or related field such as operations research, statistics, mathematics, or systems/industrial engineering.
• 5+ years of modeling and simulation experience.
• Demonstrated coding experience with a modern scripting language.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Learn and master the AD-ARM methodology and inputs for data support in analysis.
• Conduct analytical studies using qualitative, spreadsheet, and computer simulation methods.
• Lead and assist in developing analysis plans for force projection and airfield resiliency studies.
• Create and maintain AD-ARM input data including experiments and post-processing.
• Run AD-ARM and analyze outputs to align with real-world results.
• Present analysis findings and recommendations to Air Force decision makers.
