Job summary

MANTECH seeks a self-motivated, customer-oriented Mathematical Modeling and Simulation Analyst for an onsite role at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. You will contribute to CFAM development, management and analysis, delivering campaign-level studies and presenting results to Air Force decision makers.

Responsibilities include leading analyses, developing study plans, data preparation, running CFAM, and presenting insights in written and verbal briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Operations Research, or related engineering field.
• 1+ years of related educational or professional experience.
• Experience in Linear Programming.
• Experience in data analysis and identifying trends in multi-variate data.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Conduct and participate in short notice as well as long-term analytical studies and assessments using a variety of tools and techniques.
• Lead/develop analysis plans for trade-off studies of Air Force aircraft and weapon requirements.
• Create and maintain input data for CFAM and work with other simulations.
• Run CFAM and analyze output data; verify and validate results.
• Present CFAM insights and recommendations to Air Force decision makers.
• Attend meetings as a subject matter expert on CFAM and SAF/SA analytic capability.
• Complete required training per government and company policy.
• Travel up to 25% within the continental United States.
