Job summary

Snelling is seeking an Airfield Maintenance Associate (Level I) for the Lexington-Fayette area. The role supports upkeep of all grounds, buildings, and surfaces owned by the airport; overtime may be required during bad weather, including holidays.

The position reports to the Airfield Maintenance Supervisor and is non-exempt, reflecting standard hourly compensation and eligibility for overtime as needed.

Job Purpose

The Airfield Maintenance Associate supports the upkeep of all grounds, buildings, and surfaces owned and operated by the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Airport Board. This role is essential during inclement weather for snow and ice removal, which may require mandatory overtime, including holidays.
