Job summary

GAP Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced Strength and Conditioning Specialist to support Aircrew readiness at Laughlin AFB, TX. The CSCS will design evidence-based training, incorporate VO2 max and functional assessments, and align with CRAFT protocols to optimize performance and safety.

Responsibilities include delivering classroom and hands-on sessions, maintaining records in the CRAFT system, and collaborating with the Human Performance team to drive program outcomes across sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time experience as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist in collegiate, professional, or tactical athletics.
• Undergraduate degree in Human Performance, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field.
• NSCA CSCS or CSCCa and SCCC certifications.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Must be able to obtain a favorable Tier 3 security adjudication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for aircrew, including strength, mobility, and conditioning.
• Deliver classroom and hands-on sessions aligned with CRAFT syllabi.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the CRAFT system within 72 hours of service.
• Collaborate with Site Lead and Domain Lead for program alignment and best practices.
• Attend quarterly sync calls and support program improvement initiatives.
