Job summary

Datrose is seeking a Wire Harness Technician in Stratford, CT for a 12-month contract. Must be a US citizen and clearable, with W2 hourly contract only. Pay ranges from $30 to $40 per hour, DOE.

The role focuses on fabricating wiring harnesses from schematics and integrating them into large electronics racks. Candidates should have strong electrical troubleshoot skills, fabrication experience, and a background in lab/manufacturing settings, including military wiring harness work and connector

Qualifications

• Strong electronic and electrical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with electronic and electrical fabrication.
• Experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical and general fabrication skills.
• Experience fabricating and terminating military wiring harnesses and connectors.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate wire harnesses and test boxes per engineering drawings.
• Install, diagnose and repair equipment and test installations in lab facilities.
• Route wiring harnesses in electronics racks and terminate to rear disconnect panel.
• Work from engineering drawings and schematics with limited guidance.
