Job summary

Procter & Gamble's Cincinnati General Offices are seeking an Aircraft Technician to join the Global Flight Operations team. The role includes performing FAA-regulated inspections and maintenance on aircraft, troubleshooting defects, and supporting dispatch and returns, with a varied schedule including nights and holidays.

You will work with avionics and mechanical systems, read schematics and drawings, and maintain hangar and tools.

Qualifications

• FAA regulations knowledge and ability to perform inspections and repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot defects to root cause level.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Comfort reading technical publications related to aircraft.
• Willingness to travel for training events and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on aircraft maintenance inspections and repairs per FAA regulations.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose defects to root cause; support pre/post flight checks.
• Lead or participate in special projects to improve operations.
• Maintain hangar, shops, tools and equipment; ensure documentation compliance.
• Assist with aircraft dispatching and returns as needed.
