Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks a Training Program Manager at Beale AFB, CA, to lead development, implementation, and sustainment of aircraft training solutions.

The role requires deep aircraft operations experience, TS clearance, and close collaboration with SPO, engineers, trainers, and vendors in a fast-paced defense environment. Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher with 4+ years’ project management experience; or Bachelor's with 6+ years; or Associate’s with 8+ years; or high school diploma with 11+ years of PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training system trade-off and technology assessments to translate user needs into system training requirements.
• Support creation/review of training-related technical products, plans, and procedures for training system development and fielding.
• Participate in reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, TCM, TIM, FCA, PMR) and support analyses of training system performance, cost, and lifecycle aspects.
• Analyze training systems, hardware, and software deficiencies; recommend corrective actions and ensure alignment with platform changes.
• Provide technical recommendations to ensure training updates stay synchronized with hardware/software changes.
• Support systems analysis related to avionics and subsystem training impacts and ensure training updates reflect evolving platform capabilities.
