Airborne Maintenance, Inc. offers a Structures Trainee program designed to develop essential skills for aircraft structural repair. The 14-week training emphasizes classroom learning, hands-on projects, and disciplined work habits to qualify for the next phase as an Aircraft Structures Apprentice.

Participants will learn to read diagrams, follow procedures, and operate hand tools safely within a maintenance environment, building a foundation for advanced structural roles.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical skills/aptitude.
• Ability to read, write, speak, understand & effectively communicate in English.
• Demonstrated fine motor skills, manual dexterity & attention to detail.
• Demonstrated problem solving and creative thinking skills.
• Demonstrated reliability & dependability.
• Ability to follow written & verbal directions and to interpret diagrams.
• Desire to learn a trade.
• Ability & willingness to practice safe work procedures.
