Airborne Maintenance and Engineering Services in Wilmington, OH seeks a Structures Trainee to join a formal 14-week structures training program, involving classroom attendance, hands-on projects and progression toward becoming an Aircraft Structures Apprentice.

The role focuses on developing structural repair skills, reading diagrams, following instructions, and practicing safe work procedures while building a foundation for a trade in aviation maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic mechanical skills and aptitude are essential.

The Structures Trainee position participates in formal 14-week structures training program through consistent classroom attendance, participation & assigned project completion. Develops & demonstrates structural repair skills necessary to qualify for second phase of On-the-Job training as an Aircraft Structures Apprentice.

• Previous work experience in a maintenance or skilled trade environment
