West Star Aviation Inc. in Cedar Hill, TX is seeking an Aircraft Structures Technician to support sheet metal operations on airframe components.
The role requires basic to advanced knowledge of aircraft structures, reading blueprints, and using fastening systems and related procedures. The position is full-time and on-site, with responsibilities including drilling, riveting, cutting, sealant application, and general maintenance of shop facilities and tooling.

As Sheetmetal Technician, each day will bring new experiences and opportunities for growth. You will need to have a basic to advanced knowledge of aircraft structures, reading blueprints, working from drawings, fastening systems, procedures and techniques.
What you’ll need to bring with you: A High school diploma or equivalent. Airframe and Powerplant License is not required, but welcome. A valid driver’s license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal, but not mandatory.
We’re looking for team players who are self-motivated and able to perform in a fast-paced environment where working under specific deadlines and time constraints will be common.
Work under supervision of assigned Team Leader.
