West Star Aviation Inc. is seeking a Structures Technician at our Millville, NJ facility.

This on-site, full-time role supports base maintenance and service hubs under the MRO Services Manager, focusing on repairing aircraft parts and components with emphasis on safety and accuracy. You will work across departments, perform sheet metal operations, and ensure proper documentation in compliance with FAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Airframe and Powerplant license preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to work each day.
• Prior aircraft sheet metal repair experience is highly recommended.
• Team player capable of working with minimal supervision and maintaining focus on quality and safety.

Responsabilités

• Perform basic sheet metal operations on airframe components.
• Apply and remove sealants, sound deadening, and finish materials.
• Maintain shop facilities, equipment, and tooling as needed.
• Navigate electronic training, manuals, and maintenance databases; follow FAA guidelines and Repair Station policies.
• Ensure proper maintenance entries on work orders and promote good housekeeping.
