Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in aircraft structural maintenance.
• Experience delivering training for aircraft maintenance and/or structural systems.
• Ability to establish and deliver training systems and provide technical knowledge.
• Knowledge of aviation manufacturing processes and subassembly work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver aircraft structural maintenance and assembly training for factory staff and field personnel.
• Conduct lab-based training and develop criteria to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Prepare training materials and update lesson plans to meet new requirements.
• Coordinate content with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and maintain training records.
• Deliver classroom and lab sessions and ensure adherence to process discipline.
