Job summary

GP Strategies Government Solutions, Inc. seeks an Aircraft Structures Mechanic Instructor to plan and deliver hands-on maintenance training for factory production employees and field personnel in Fort Worth, TX.

The role covers lab-based instruction, material development, and coordination with SMEs to ensure up-to-date courseware. The successful candidate will maintain training programs, execute company-wide training, and ensure currency with the latest technical developments in aviation

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in aircraft structural maintenance.
• Experience delivering training on aircraft maintenance and/or structural systems.
• Ability to establish and deliver training systems and provide technical instruction.
• Extensive knowledge of aviation manufacturing processes, blueprints and hardware (DRC, bolts, fasteners, composites).

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver aircraft structural maintenance and assembly training.
• Conduct lab-based training and develop criteria to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Prepare and update training materials; coordinate with SMEs and keep courseware current.
• Maintain training records and qualification documentation across programs.
• Set up classrooms, labs, and simulators and deliver training to customers.
