You will develop tooling and design support for production and improve processes in collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5 years in a technical discipline or 10 years across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5 years in the specific technical discipline or 10 years in several engineering disciplines; or 3 years with Masters; 1 year with PhD.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed work instructions and drive quality and schedule improvements.
• Coordinate engineering and tooling changes to meet operations goals.
• Support manufacturing projects and process development.
