Job summary

IMP Aerospace & Defence seeks an Aircraft Maintenance professional to perform structural repairs on aircraft components and ground support equipment. Responsibilities include inspecting, repairing, modifying and replacing structural parts with advanced techniques and tools.

The role requires 3+ years in aviation maintenance, a recognized repair course or AME license, and the ability to travel to support operations at various bases. CGP and Security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an aircraft structural repair course or apprenticeship.
• Must hold a valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineers license or be qualified in the Canadian Armed Forces or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of aviation maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform first, second and third level repairs on aircraft structures and ground support equipment.
• Conduct structural inspections and maintenance for line and scheduled maintenance teams.
• Assist with corrosion control, repairs, modifications and component replacements.
