Qualifications

• 3–5 years of aerospace structural design/analysis.
• Experience with sheet metal and/or composite repairs.
• Familiar with FAA/EASA rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate in-service structural queries and provide deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Design structural repairs to restore static strength, fatigue, and damage tolerance.
• Perform static strength and fatigue analysis and document results.
• Support incidents requiring extensive structural repair with travel as needed.
• Maintain and improve published structural repair manuals with cross-functional teams.
• Support Service Engineering and Fleet Control Center for AOG issues, including weekends.
• Contribute to field data analysis and development of repair procedures.
