Job summary

DAS Aviation is seeking an Aerospace Liaison Engineer to contribute to structural design, analysis, and fleet support for aircraft repairs and alterations. You will interpret technical data from AMM/IPC/SRM/CMM, lead reliability initiatives, and coordinate with customers on maintenance projects.

The role requires travel up to 10% and strong English communication skills. The position emphasizes hands-on technical work in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities spanning design, research,

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor's or associate degree in Engineering.
A valid driver's license and/or passport is ideal but not required.

Responsibilities

Structural Design & Analysis: design, draft, and analyze repairs and alterations for aircraft structures per FAA regulations.
Technical Research: interpret aircraft data from AMM, IPC, SRM, and CMM manuals.
On-Wing Technical Support: assist with difficult repair evaluations and convert AOG events into fleet solutions.
Reliability Management: lead maintenance reliability projects to improve availability and reduce costs.
Project Coordination: manage administrative tasks, technical writing, and customer coordination.
Travel up to 10% to support maintenance efforts across the USA.
Must read/write/speak English fluently.
Other duties as assigned.
