Job summary

Insight Global is seeking 16 Aircraft Structural Maintenance/Avionics Technicians to support a client in North Charleston, SC. Technicians will perform hands-on assembly, disassembly, structural repair, modification, maintenance, and retrofit work on aircraft systems and components.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while working from engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Qualifications

• Active DoD clearance required.
• 3+ years of aircraft maintenance/avionics experience.
• Experience on C-17, C-5, KC-46 or MV-22 platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on assembly, disassembly, structural repair, modification, maintenance, and retrofit work on aircraft systems and components.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems from engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Test completed repairs, document maintenance activities, and inspect work to ensure safety, quality, and flight-worthiness requirements are met.
