Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking skilled individuals to join their team in Central Point, Oregon, for critical structural fabrication and maintenance work on aircraft. This hands-on role requires expertise in sheet metal fabrication and adherence to FAA standards.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and experience with tools necessary for aircraft maintenance. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, troubleshooting discrepancies, and supporting field operations. A&P license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of aircraft maintenance experience for Level I.
• 4-9 years of experience for Level II, preferably with A&P license.
• 10+ years plus A&P license for Level III.

Responsibilities

• Perform sheet metal structural fabrication and modification.
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and assemble aircraft parts.
• Read and interpret technical manuals and FAA regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve aircraft discrepancies.
