Flightstar Aircraft Services is seeking a skilled sheet metal technician to perform repairs and replacements on structural aircraft parts. You will fabricate coverings and panels using removable samples, read maintenance manuals, and ensure proper sealing and cosmetic cabin work in line with specifications.

Ideal candidates have 18+ months of airframe experience, familiarity with ATA codes, and ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools in a production environment.

Qualifikationen

• Reads and follows manufacturer instructions and safety information.
• Minimum 18 months of relevant experience with narrow and wide body airframes.
• Knowledge of ATA Codes, aircraft zones, and airframe terminology.

Aufgaben

• Perform sheet metal repairs and replacements of structural parts.
• Fabricate replacement coverings, panels, or fairings using removed parts as samples.
• Read maintenance manuals to identify components and apply instructions accurately.
• Seal aircraft structures and perform cosmetic repairs in cabins.
• Use measuring tools and fasteners to assemble parts and perform bonded repairs as instructed.
